Purpose

As part of a lab performance improvement project, I conducted a needs analysis to identify barriers affecting experiment preparation, execution, and completion. I created open-ended question scripts to conduct virtual interviews with lab members, facilitated a documentation review, and analyzed findings to uncover key performance issues affecting lab operations. Based on the results, I provided targeted recommendations and developed a job aid to support more consistent procedures and improve overall efficiency.
