Purpose

As a result a science lab needs analysis, I created a job aid checklist to support lab members in consistently practicing safety measures in a cell culture room. The checklist was designed to address key performance gaps identified during interviews and documentation review. My role included analyzing the data, identifying critical steps that needed reinforcement, and organizing the information into a practical, easy-to-follow format to improve lab efficiency and accountability.
